This is probably one of the most FILLING breakfasts I’ve ever made! PERFECT to grab on the to and GARUNTEED to keep you full right up until lunch time!🙌🏼 So let’s make⬇️✨ 1. An a bowl, mash your banana (only use half) then mix in your oats, cinnamon & honey. 2. Spray a heated plan with some frylight then add your mixture to a pan and leave to cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, scramble the oats then continue to cook on medium heat until golden. 3. Add yoghurt and protein powder to the bowl, slice the rest of the banana. Slice both and add to the bowl. 4. Finish off my adding your homemade granola and a drizzle of honey.
