Try out this recipe and let me know what you think! #sponsored #ad Ingredients 2 Minute Yellow Rice Cups 1/2 lb large white shrimp 1/3 cup chopped shallot 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic 11/3 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Green onions for garnish (optional) Shrimp Seasonings: 1/2 tbsp seafood seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp dried parsley Sauce Seasonings: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika Instructions 1. Season the shrimp with seafood seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, and dried parsley. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and toss until evenly coated. 2. In a saucepan over medium heat, lightly drizzle olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the pan. 3. Add the shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Bring it to a simmer. After 5 minutes, stir in the grated Parmesan. 5. Heat the two Minute Yellow Rice Cups in the microwave for 90 seconds. Once heated, add the rice and shrimp to the pan and stir until combined. 6.
