Homemade chicken salad on a sweet potato 🤤 Shredded Chicken (I use chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken) Chop up the following really small. 2-3 stalks of celery 1/2 a small onion 1/4cup of pickled jalapeños 5 boiled eggs. I added a teaspoon of each of the following spices you can add more or less to your taste. Dill, salt, pepper, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, and Kfred Cajun seasoning. 1/4 cup dill relish 1/2 cup mayo 2tbs mustard add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well,serve over a baked sweet potato and top with dried cranberries and pecans or have it with a croissant.
