A Get Started Guide to Vibration Plate ⬇️ How I use my vibration plate: ▫️I started with 2-4 times a week, level 2-3 for 5 minutes for the first few weeks. After that, I gradually increased my time and the level. ▫️I now do the vibration plate for 10 minutes total on level 10. I typically do this M-Thursday due to my schedule. This is what works for me and my routine! ▫️I tend to use to standing or on all fours like shown in this post. When can it be used? Vibration plate can be used anytime of day!
