Ive been trying to learn and implement habits and practices to help me lower my cortisol levels for awhile now and mushroom coffee has always been on my list of things to try. I know mushrooms can be super foods with medicinal and holistic purposes all around the world. I started with Ryze because they have a lot of positive reviews here! If youre thinking of trying mushroom coffee this is a good place to start, it has a very mild coffee like flavor and a blend of 6 different mushrooms. I wish it had more flavor honestly, but im happy with the texture and i have noticed positive improvements in my energy being more stable through the day and my gut being happier, as well as a nice little focus boost right after i have a cup.
