High protein Tiramisu that’s low in calories and easy to make! MARCOS per serving 👉🏼 196 cals, 20g protein INGREDIENTS (serves 3): ▪️x12 sponge fingers ▪️x2 tsp instant coffee mix with hot water ▪️200g 0% Greek yogurt ▪️100g fat free quark ▪️25g vanilla protein powder ▪️x1 tsp vanilla extract ▪️sugar free icing sugar (I used pureavia) ▪️Cacao powder METHOD: 🥄First, mix the cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, and icing sugar together in a bowl until you have a smooth consistency. 🥄Next, pour the cold black coffee into a shallow dish and dip each sponge finger in, allowing each side to soak up the liquid. 🥄Build layers of your tiramisu in a meal prep container - start with a coffee-soaked sponge finger x6 for the first layer, then spread a layer of cream cheese filling, and repeat. 🥄Dust the top with cacao powder, and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before digging in. #mealprep #mealprepdessert #healthydessert #highproteintiramisu #healthytiramisu #highproteinmeal#dessertrecipe
