Pepperoni Pizza Rolls with 20g protein each 🍕💪 Loved how these turned out! These are absolutely unreal dipped in a marinara or a pizza sauce. Cheesy and delicious with the turkey pepperoni baked right into it. Feel free to get creative and customize these to your liking. The only thing I wish I did a bit differently was add a bit of cheese on top of the dough before baking, but still great the way I made them. Hope you enjoy these! Let me know if you make them! ✅ Ingredients: 2 cups flour (460g) 2 scoops unflavored whey protein (60g) I use @legion discount code is KORY 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning & salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 cups fat-free mozzarella cheese (225g) 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (110g) 3/4 cup skim milk (180ml) *add slowly* 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml) 30 quartered turkey pepperoni (50g) ➡️ Bake in oven at 400°F for 13-15 mins (205°C) 💪 Macros per roll: 240 calories, 6g fat, 24g carbs, 20g protein.
