Sauté apple slices in 1 tbsp butter until browned. 2. Dredge chicken in flour and season to your liking. Cook chicken until browned and set aside. 3. Sauté onions in 1 tbsp butter until soft. Add 1/2 cup bourbon and reduce to half. 4. Add 2 cups of apple juice and cook until thickened. 5. Add heavy cream.
