Surprisingly, I didn't even bother with calorie counting. Instead, I ate LOADS AND LOADS of foods that were going to serve me for fat loss, rather than slashing things out. That brings me to the 2nd thing I didn't do - I didn't demonise any foods - in fact I embraced my favourite foods like cake and gin and tonics while still making progress, i just learned how to incorporate them to still get results.
