Classic Filipino Meryenda naman tayo bestfriend, perfect recipe for this Summer! โ๏ธ๐๐ฆ๐ฅฏ Keso Ice Cream: 1 pack All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight 1/2 cup condensed milk or accdng to your preferred sweetness Drops of Yellow Food Color 100g Grated Table Cheddar 50ml Fresh Milk 1/8 tsp Guar Gum Powder (optional) Chocolate Ice Cream: 1 pack All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight 1/2 cup condensed milk or accdng to your preferred sweetness 30g Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp Chocolate Extract/Flavoring 50ml Fresh Milk 1/8 tsp Guar Gum Powder (optional) Ube Ice Cream: 1 pack All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight 1/2 cup condensed milk or accdng to your preferred sweetness 100g Ube Paste/Jam 2 tbsp Ube Extract/Flavoring 50ml Fresh Milk 1/8 tsp Guar Gum Powder (optional) Monday Recipe: 1 cup warm water + 3 tbsp warm milk + 2 tsp yeast + 4 tbsp sugar (combine) 1 Egg 3 cups Bread Flour 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp Salt 2 1/2 tbsp Butter, room temp 1. Combine warm water, milk, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5 mins until bubbly. 2. In a bowl add yeast mixture, egg, bread flour, all-purpose flour & salt. 3. Mix/knead until you form a dough. 4. Add butter gradually while kneading by hand or stand mixer. 5. Knead until smooth and it passes window pane test. 6. Cover & rest for 1hr. 7. Deflate, and portion into 8 big balls. 8. Rise for another 30mins. 9. Brush with egg wash. 10. Bake at 350F/180C preheated oven for 15-20minutes or until golden brown.
