TRUTH: Together, we can shift from criticism to support, from judgment to joy. Let's choose hug over hurt. Cheers to embracing our beautifully human, wonderfully imperfect selves, and to spreading love as generously as the thickest layer of avocado on toast. Navigating life, especially as a woman in the public eye, I've encountered endless unsolicited comments about my body. "Your teeth are weird, get braces," "You have no boobs, you should get implants," "That makes your butt look flat" - the list goes on. And before anyone says, "well, you signed up for this," let me stop you right there. No one in the public eye signs up for the ugly side. We have to deal with it, yes, but we have this beautiful community here to relay the healthier message which is bullying is not allowed. I'm here to help, empower, and spread love. *healthy boundary OFF ➡️ ON* Let's lay it down straight - every curve (or lack thereof), edge, and unique line of our bodies narrates OUR story. So when the shadows of negativity approach, whispering words that could dull my sparkle, I opt to crank up the brightness. 🌟Why? Because true strength is in boosting each other up, not in casting shadows. If you can't say something nice, let's opt to be a fabulous mime instead. ACTION NOW: Leave a comment below with a compliment about someone and tag them! Let's start a wave of goodness and kindness, elevating others in the process! #shinebrightlikeadiamond #kindnessisqueen #kindnessmatters #kindnessisfree #selflovetips Have you ever felt self conscious about your body?
