On my quest to share more of my BTS moments even when I’m not feeling good about my photos. This is the issue with spending so much time on social media (as an owner of a jewellery brand that sells solely online, I’m on TT a lot!) So I often have those feelings, I look too old…I should have worn something nicer…made more effort with my hair or put more makeup on! I love fashion, but I’ve never known what I’m doing with makeup. Maybe it’s my generation, but I just don’t get the highlighting, bronzing, lip filling world 🤷‍♀️ Its a constant battle with trying to be myself and also live up to ‘expectations’ within the app. So here is an unfiltered me, genuinely happy to be on my way to a fun event. I did get to put some nicer clothes than ‘mum uniform’ on. The sun was shining and I didn’t have to sit behind my desk all day. Yes you can see my wrinkles and pores and yes I am getting on a bit, but that is ABSOLUTELY fine! That is life and I should remind myself more that I AM enough. On reflection, I look lovely here so POSTING IT! 😇 P.S.
