The key to consistently working out is actually enjoying it! I used to think I had to go to the gym, lift weights, and be all intense about it. But after the first few months, I noticed I was constantly burnt out. My gym trips became less frequent, especially when the weather was bad or my day got too busy. It took so much time to get ready, leave the house, spend an hour at the gym, come back, and then decompress just to be able to work. Some days, working out was the only productive thing I did, which isn’t sustainable when you need to work to live. It wasn’t until I started slowly building up my own home workout equipment that things began to change. Now, I can wake up in the morning and have a routine that includes moving my body in a way that’s fun. I get to watch TV while I work out, my heart rate still spikes, I burn calories, but most importantly, I feel energized instead of drained. 💪🏡✨ #homeworkout #bodypositivity #adhdfitness #lowimpactworkout #fitnessjourney #plussizefitnessjourney #morningroutine #workoutathome #fitnessmotivation #energyboost #consistency
