Its better than takeout, if you didnt know👀 ✨Paneer Tikka Masala ✨ Ingredients: • Paneer, cut into thick cubes • For marinade: ginger paste, garlic paste, Greek yogurt, olive oil, chili powder, besan (gram flour), lemon juice, salt • Olive oil for cooking • 1 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/4 onion, cubed • For sauce: oil, 1/4 onion, green chili, 2 big tomatoes, cashews • Ghee and butter • Deggi mirch (red chili powder), coriander powder, kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves) • Heavy cream • Cilantro for garnish • Paratha or naan for serving Steps: 1. Marinate paneer: Mix ginger paste, garlic paste, Greek yogurt, olive oil, chili powder, besan, lemon juice, and salt. Coat paneer cubes with this paste and set aside. 2. Cook marinated paneer in a skillet until charred. 3. Saute cubed green pepper, red pepper, and onion until charred. 4. For the sauce: Sauté quartered onions, green chili, tomatoes, and cashews. Blend into a smooth sauce. 5. In a separate wok, heat ghee and butter. Saute deggi mirch and coriander powder for a few seconds, then add the blended purée. Crush kasuri methi and add to the sauce. 6. Pour in heavy cream, then add the cooked paneer and veggies. 7. Finish with a swirl of cream and garnish with cilantro. 8. Serve with paratha or naan.
