Pork Belly Sandwiches😋 Cut pork belly into 1”x1” cubes and season with pepper,mustard & Meat Church Seasoning Place cubes on tray and smoke at 250 degrees for 3 1/2 hours until internal temp is 195 degrees . Once ready remove then add Bbq sauce and mix well .
