These two videos were taken 53 days apart. The first clip was when I first started started going the gym again after a year off from training. The second clip is 53 days later. I’ve been going to the gym 6-7 days a week and have been following a healthy diet during this time period. I weighed 189 lbs on Jan 31st and have cut down to 173 lbs (which means I have lost 16 lbs so far). I would still like to loose another 10-15 pounds. I believe I have put on a good amount of muscle during this time period as well. I’m not content with my results just yet and I know I have a lot more hard work ahead of me.
