4th set: 455lb Bench to Muscle Up I mostly post PRs but I never post my accessory and athletic training. I just started cutting weight and Im down 2lbs. I try to stay active in everything from body building/powerlifting/crossfit/MMA. My goal is to stay strong, keep endurance, and maintain flexibility and movement. I've been in the fitness life for 16yrs started with basic body buidling at 218lbs, then cut to the middle weight class at 185lbs Cage fighting for years, and from there I moved onto powerlifting and strength training. I'll be mixing up my fitness posts more and more πͺπ»π€π»
