1)Praying over my labor: This time around I really am trying to allow God in and let him guide my spirit through the process. Birth is a spiritual experience and I know it will only become even more special by inviting him in🤍 2)Exercise & pushing my limits: Physically pushing myself out of my comfort zone will make the “discomfort” of birth familiar. Exercise has been a great way for me to practice this 3)Breath work: This was something I wish so badly I had practiced before I had my first son! Breath work carries you through each surge and helps bring baby closer earth side. There are so many benefits to this one I could go on forever. 4)Affirmations: Speaking positively going into labor is huge. A few of the affirmations I’m using are “My body is designed to do this” “With every surge, I am more confident” “I am meant to bring this baby into this world” 5)Leaning on my husband & including him as much as possible: My husband is very aware of my labor desires and can communicate that to my birthing team if I’m unable. I am not alone in this, bringing our child earth side will be a team effort🤞🏽 #fy#fyp#Momsoftiktok#momtent#mom#boymom#momtok#sahmmom#dayinthelife#momvlog#momvlogger#OOTD
