Orange cake🍊🍰 Ingredients: - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 tsps baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp orange zest - 1/3 cup fresh orange juice - 3 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 3/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt - 1/2 cup vegetable oil Directions: - Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a 6-cup Bundt pan. Set aside. - In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside. - In a large bowl, add the granulated sugar and orange zest. - Use your fingers rub the zest into the sugar. Do this for around two minutes. - Add the orange juice, eggs, oil, greek yogurt and vanilla, and beat well to combine. - Whisk through the dry ingredients until combined, but don't over-mix the batter. - Pour batter into the prepared pan. - Bake the cake for around 38-43 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. - Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and letting it cool to room temperature on a cooling rack. - To serve, the cooled cake can be dusted with icing sugar or drizzled with a orange glaze.
