Figured this was a good video to educate others about something I wasn’t aware about until my dog was told he likely has the beginning stages of degenerative myelopathy. This is a test to check for knuckling in dogs when they walk. He has been extra clumsy with his back legs this past year, but when I saw his middle back nails being shaved down from him dragging them on our walks, I knew something more was up. There is no definitive test to check for DM besides gene testing and monitoring symptoms, so I guess that’s what well do in the meantime.. #degenerativemyelopathy#doghealthLook After You

The most beautiful first day of april 🥲 since I found out Jasper is having hind leg issues, I read about the importance of keeping him active even if it’s easier for him to not be. Around that same time, I made it my mission to hit 10k steps a day and now we’re both on the move a little extra lately 🤍

I saw a girl on tiktok do this a while ago and never got around to doing it myself, but living on my own in a new town, in a new apartment, starting a new career, with a very uncertain dating life ahead of me- I figured this would be something special for me to have as time passes.
