There may still be a few bits, but no worries. * Blend the sea moss with the boiled water until smooth. * Add to an airtight jar; itโll last in the fridge for up to a week or more. * Use the gelatin in smoothies, porridge, or soups. ๐ซ๐ฅ๐Jellies: * 1 cup fruit juice * 2 tbsp agar agar * 3 tbsp sea moss jelly * 2 tbsp agave or honey Instructions ๐ฅฃ: * In a pan, add the juice and agar agar, stirring on low heat until dissolved. * Add the sea moss gelatin and your choice of sweetener, whisking until combined and all lumps have dissolved. * It should now turn into a thicker consistency. * Use pipettes to pour the mixture into your molds. * Let it set for about 20 minutes. * Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for around a week or more. Juice any fresh fruit you like, add the juice to a pan with agar agar, sea moss gel and agave or maple syrup.
