‼️LET ME EXPLAIN‼️ It’s true. I did lose 120 lbs. naturally and I do eat whatever TF I want. Now, let’s talk about how and most importantly WHY. How: Here’s a little education. Food, is energy for the human body. Food is made up of calories (units of energy) and calories are made up of 3 macronutrients, carbs, fats, and protein. When you TRULY understand that calories determine wether you GAIN, LOSE, or MAINTAIN your weight, and how each one these essential nutrients effects your body, and your results. You can TRULY eat anything you want. With intention. Now let’s talk about WHY I always allow myself to eat the foods I am craving. When you “demonize” or restrict certain foods you’re only going to crave them more and or also create a very negative relationship around food. Making intentional decisions to not have certain foods because they are truly unhealthy (full of processed shit) or just simply because they don’t align w/ you or your goals creates a way healthier and empowered relationship with yourself, your body, and nutrition.
