POV: you’ve forgotten all your skincare a few thousand miles away from home 😅. When you have to go to the #FrenchPharmacy because you forgot EVERYTHING at home 😂 (other than sunscreen). What I got… ✅ @La Roche-Posay Retinol B3: Blend of #retinol and #niacinamide to gently nudge your collagen and cell turnover. I can probably use this every night because it’s so gentle. Tret I use 2-3x a week for context. ✅ @Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance—acne products and products that speed up cell turnover can go hand in hand — this has succinc acid which is anti inflammatory and anti microbial (for acne) but can also be helpful for sensitive skin that wants a glow. I can also use this every night because it’s so gentle. Typically I’d use @Dr. Idriss flash mask 1-2x a week. So, while this is less dramatique skincare — I can be dramatic in how I use it which is OFTEN. CLARIFYING LAW ON AHAs… law is you cannot have lactic acid at 10% with a ph of under 5. Not sure anyone remembers the Sunday Riley good genes debacle where they had to pull the entire launch in 2018 because it had 7% lactic acid at a pH of 3. So to have a pH of 4 think the strongest you can get to is 5%. Will triple check and make a video because pH with acids is fascinating. Any questions let me know ❤️ #sunscreen haul soon! #lacticacid #skincare #aging #bestskincareroutine #exfoliation #acne
