Bakar cili kering atas kuali, then ketepikan. Masukkan air, rebus : akar ketumbar, serai, 2-3 garlic (ketuk), daun limau, lengkuas. Let it boil for 5 minutes Masukkan: ayam/daging, seafood, kiub pati ayam, sos ikan, thai chilli paste, tomyam paste (any brand) Then adjust with garam/gula & air limau. To make it creamy, I put milk or santan. Then masukkan any sayur (mushrooms, jagung), bawang holland, cili padi, daun ketumbar & tomato (if u want). *I love daun ketumbar so i letak banyak to make it wangi Thatโs it. Masak tomyam ni bahan dia banyak sikit but itโs very easy, you literally rebus everything je!
