I can’t even explain how much I love back days and how powerful I feel while doing it! Here is a full workout from my back day 1. Lat pulldowns - 100lbs 3x12 2. Low row - 55lbs 3x15 3. Single arm machine row - 70lbs 3x12 4. Back Hyperextensions - 3x15 5. Cable face pulls - 15lbs 3x15 6. Barbell biceps curls - 40lbs 3x10.
