The Johann Goes to Mexico was created at probably the most influential bar that has ever existed in Boston, Drink (r.i.p). Drink was THE bar in Boston for quite a while and unfortunately it closed its doors this year. The Cantarito is one of the most underrated drinks and cocktails and is very popular in Mexico. I make mine a little bit differently than normal but I love them this way. Cazcanes got each of us on this crazy trip we went on a custom Cantaro with our names on them.
