one pan carrot cake baked oatmeal. this is the easiest meal prep breakfast ever! and it feels like you are eating carrot cake for breakfast 🤩 recipe (4 servings): 2 mashed bananas 2 cup oats 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 1 shredded carrot 1.5 cups milk optional add-ins: protein powder, chopped walnuts directions: 1. preheat oven to 375F 2. in a baking dish (i used 8x8) mash your 2 ripe bananas 🍌 3. add in the rest of all the ingredients 4. mix until well combined 5. bake for 35-45 minutes 6. serve with yogurt or cream cheese frosting 7. enjoy!! #healthybreakfast#carrotcakethe spins
