Weightloss Snack : Oats & Nuts Bites . Ingredients 1 Cup Almonds 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds 1/3 Cup Pumpkin seeds 8-10 Mejdool dates (Pitted & Soaked for 20 min) 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup Rolled oats (grind them to powder) 1/4 cup coconut powder 1/4 cup coconut powder for garnishing Directions Roast all nuts and grind them coarsely. Add pitted dates & cocoa powder. Mix again. Either you can keep grinder oats with you beforehand and add along with dates and cocoa powder to form a dough or you can grind them in same jar and then add with other ingredients in a bowl & make dough with your hands. Once the dough is ready, just roll them into bites, it will give you approx 15-17 bites. Roll them again in dry coconut powder and that’s it.
