Protein Cinnamon Crunch bagels Makes 2 large bagels or 4 small bagels A larger bagel contains almost 12g of protein •1 cups all purpose flour • 1.5 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt •1 tsp cinnamon •2 Tbsp Honey (also honey or date syrup) • 1 cup of 0% Greek Yogurt (I chose @stonyfield organic Greek yogurt 0%) Topping Ingredients • 1 egg beaten for egg wash or butter • 2 tsp Coconut Sugar •1/2 tsp cinnamon Bake at 425 for 22 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
