#ad Deconstructed loaded baked potato made with @KerrygoldUSA cheese and butter✨ ▪️3 Medium Russet Potatoes (2+1/2 lbs.), peeled and sliced in chunks▪️5 Slices Bacon▪️3 Tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter▪️3 Tbsp Fresh Chives, sliced▪️1/2 Cup Milk▪️1/2 Cup Sour Cream▪️1 x 7 oz. Block Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, grated▪️1 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1 tsp Pepper▪️ 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375F 2️⃣ Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil over high heat; once the water starts boiling, turn heat down to medium and simmer the potatoes for 15-20 mins until a fork inserts easily then drain 3️⃣ Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy (4-5 mins per side), then drain on a paper towel lined plate and cut into small pieces 4️⃣ Mash potatoes (or rice with a potato ricer) and mix with the Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, chives, milk, sour cream, half of the Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, and half of the bacon 5️⃣ Transfer into a baking dish and top with the rest of the bacon and cheese 6️⃣ Bake uncovered for 25-30 mins until bubbly and then broil for 1-2 mins until cheese is golden brown and crisped 7️⃣ Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh chives on top and enjoy! ⏲10 minute prep time + 50 minute cook time Recipe serves 4 people #potatorecipe #comfortfood
