I've learned to maintain my calm. Friendships aren't necessarily over after a small argument. However, pretending nothing occurred isn't the way forward. I'm an open book; I prefer directness. Address the matter head-on. Now, I find myself treading thin water, which begs the question, why ignore what you truly feel? Communicating can be both the simplest and most complex thing ever, especially when it's about our emotions. I've been left with feelings of guilt over numerous issues. This isn't meant to criticize, as it's something that could happen in any friendship. While I understand where you're coming from, I want to make it clear that such a situation will not repeat itself. Life’s weird, and so am I. Accept me for just who I am… human.
