Here is a nice and easy drill for making sure that you don’t get your weight stuck on your back foot too much . If you saw a post that I made a little while ago with a callaway board then this is trying to achieve the same thing as that . You don’t even have to use a ball for this you can use pretty much anything really, just making sure that it raises the outside of your back foot pointing away from the target . When doing this it is then very difficult to move your weight over that point and in turn should help you to turn around yourself more instead of swaying from side to side . Someone mentioned in the last post about using a door stop which I think would work a treat as well . It also really helps to compress the ball better with having more of your weight over the leading side of the golf ball .
