If you train like 🔥🏃🏻♀️😤🏋️♀️ 😈 and then go home to eat like 💩🍕🍟🍔🤠 you can expect results that look like 👎〰️0️⃣🤷🏻♀️ And that was me for just about a full year thinking that I was putting in maximum effort but looking back on it I was probably putting in about 50% or less of my best foot forward every day. I would go in the gym and work out really hard leave feeling super strong and confident, only to go home and give myself excuse after excuse of eating nothing but garbage 🗑️. So many people underestimate the power of nutrition and how much it actually directly dictates your ability to see the results that you’re after.
