📍Žagarkalns snowpark, Latvia This trip for us was mega affordable, due to not having to pay costs like accommodation or transfers/taxis etc - perks of having family all around the world 😅 we stayed at my sisters house, however I’ve looked into accommodation in Cēsis and it is really reasonably priced too via Booking and Airbnb My brother & sister were also both our personal chauffeurs, but if you’re travelling from Riga to Cēsis and trying to do it on a budget, I recommend public transport, buses and trains are around €2-4! I also didn’t include our airport parking in Stansted which was £70.50 Fri-Sun, I booked via HolidayExtras and you can use the code HEX15 for a discount, this probably would have been slightly less but I left it very last minute to book 😅 Food & drinks are also very budget friendly (once you get outside of the capital 😅) and if you’re one of those people who looks for the closest McDonald’s when you’re abroad, I really highly recommend you try Hesburger in Latvia, genuinely so delicious for a fast food chain! 🍔🍟 All in all, a budget friendly destination, perfect for a long weekend and, as much as we enjoyed the snow, Latvia in the summer will always have my heart, check out my previous tiktoks to see us celebrating the Summer Solstice ⛺️🔥🪵🤸🏼♀️ #travelblog #travelwithme #travelblogger #snowboarding #travelcostbreakdown #costbreakdown #cheapholidays #budgetholiday #budgettravel #travelonabudget #affordabletravel #adventuretravels #adventuretravel #adventurewithme
