You could learn to listen to others when they speak, pick flowers for someone you care for, smile at strangers, write people poems or letters. Read with people, ask the homeless how they are, buy someone a plant or a book. be selfless even if it cost you something not just cost as in expense but it might cost u time or by helping that individual it might make life harder for you bcs u dont get to do something you were meant to etc but always understand that its worth it. By spreading love you will always attract it back no mather how bad someone does you. Dont let them dictate the kind, loving , selfless person that you are. People project onto you how they feel about themselves, in a way you can’t be angry at them as its their coping mechanisms you have to heal them by showing them unconditional love it may seem tiring or that you cant make a difference but rome wasnt built in a day right? People take time when their growing just like how plants take time to grow or babies take time to talk, walk etc but we shouldn’t rush that process so why should we rush theirs? Just like a flower you keep watering it and put it in the sun. You can do all the right things but Some will die and regrow and others will take longer to grow than others and that’s okay. Even if the plant dies it has seeds which can always grow into something beautiful. Also when i say little things i dont just mean the little things you do for others that can make a big impact/difference but i also mean the little things you do for yourself. Go on walks, journal how you feel, take your shoes off and ground yourself in the grass, hug a tree, excercise, try draw or paint something but keep in mind its not always to make a ‘master piece’ but to get creative and release any negative energy your feeling. Climb a tree, do yoga, meditate , dance on your own like you have a audience feel the negative energy and convert it into positive. These things cna give you a outlet to release and theres so much more i could suggest but the outlets i listed are so effective and often people dont do most of these things bcs they have no understanding of what they actually do and how they stimulate us. We sre in a world where most people need technology or others to stimulate them and cant be alone or even sit still. Overtime that can become tormenting and can form into mental health as your bot healing just absorb more toxcity and negative energy which will make you feel low and unhappy. Rise your vibration by trying the little things sometimes thats all we need but we have over complicated this with money, materials and everything about having to be fun. But life is not always fun that is the balance and its okay to have bad days or boring etc Sometimes we need times of silence and stillness thats why I recommend yoga & meditation and if your interested do your research before judging based on other’s opinions. Learn to think for yourself and bot jsut follow the crowd. We wasnt made to fit in and its okay to be different thats what makes you unique and most important makes you the person you are.
