Lemon Garlic Dill Shrimp ππ§πΏπ¦ This shrimp recipe only requires a few simple ingredients and is packed with flavor! Serve it over rice, add a veggie to the side and boom you have a complete high protein healthy meal! FULL RECIPE β¬οΈ INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lb XL peeled & deveined raw shrimp of choice. ( I used wild caught red argentine shrimp) - 2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp of butter - Lemon - ~4-6 tbsp of fresh chopped dill - Seasoning: Salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika all to taste. Note(s): Adjust ingredients to your liking. These are rough estimates. DIRECTIONS 1. Pat Shrimp dry and set aside. 2. Get a large skillet going over medium low heat. Add in olive oil and butter. Once melted add in the minced garlic and let sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes. 3. Next add in the shrimp. Season generously with salt, pepper, onion powder and smoked paprika then give it a mix and let cook for 5-7 minutes. 4. Once the shrimp is almost done add in the juice of 1/2 a lemon and the fresh chopped dill. Mix and let finish cooking for another 1-2 minutes. 5. Serve over rice or with whatever else you like. Pour the extra pan sauce over the top. Garnish with extra dill and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
