Been hooked on dumplings lately so made my own for the first time, so good ๐ Ingredients: - 500g beef mince - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon ginger, grated - 2 green onions, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage - 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots - Salt, to taste Instructions: - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly. - Add the finely chopped cabbage and carrots to the beef mixture. Mix until the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the filling. - Season the filling with salt. Remember that soy sauce also adds saltiness, so adjust accordingly. - Once the filling is ready, you can use it to fill dumpling wrappers. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wrapper, then fold and seal the edges to form dumplings. - Place the dumplings in a frying pan with 100ml of water and 2 TBS of oil, then let cook on a medium-low heat until the water evaporates and the bottom is crispy. - Serve the beef dumplings with some chilli oil or soy sauce and enjoy! #quickrecipe #easyrecipe #dumplings
