I'm calling it a FRIED CHEESE BURGER. Full recipe below. Makes 15 ¾ lbs ground beef ½ tsp salt ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp paprika 15 slices of @Sargento Sliced Cheddar ½ cup finely chopped pickle ½ cup finely chopped red onion -Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and paprika to a small bowl and mix well. -Add ground beef to a large skillet and cover with seasoning. Cook over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break the ground beef into small pieces as it cooks. Once the beef is fully cooked, turn off the heat and remove the beef from the pan. -Once the pan has returned to room temp, wipe it clean and place one slice of cheddar in the center of the pan. -Turn the heat to medium-high. As soon as the cheese begins to bubble, add 1½ tbsp seasoned ground beef, 1 tbsp red onion and 1 tbsp chopped pickle. -Once the edges of the cheese turn a deeper color orange, begin to roll as shown. Remove from pan and let cool, seam side down. Repeat for remaining 14 slices of cheese. -Dip into Big Mac sauce (see recipe below) and enjoy! Big Mac Sauce ½ cup mayo 2 tsp mustard 2 tbsp pickle relish 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. #ketorecipes #ketosnack #lowcarb #glutenfree
