Sometimes I wonder if God was having a laugh with me when he ticked all of those boxes. 😂 Yet here I am, at Google speaking on a panel because of all those unique gifts. 👉The #IAmRemarkable event in London was an empowering day filled with awesome women + people from under represented groups that work in the automotive industry. 👉We talked about how we can empower ourselves AND each other and shine our light in a world that often prefers it if you don’t… ✅ Here’s some pearls of wisdom from the panel I think we can ALL learn from: Natasha Kizzie: Feel the fear and do it anyway - you’re remarkable. So don’t forget to tell yourself that, daily! Erin Baker: Say yes before you’re ready and figure it out on the way! It’s OK to say no too… you and your health come first. Camille Addo: Learn to trust yourself! Follow your instincts and your gut… it’s there for a reason. Sharon Marshall: Getting involved in other industries and volunteering really opens your eyes up to new possibilities, you also appreciate where you’re at more- find the time, it’s worth it! Dyana Najdi: Take care of your health and look after yourself. Self care is important and you’ll do your best work! Me: No one ever becomes poor by giving, so give as much value as you can.
