The killer value do-it-all gaming laptop 🔥 I’ve been using the ASUS TUF 14 for a bit, and I’m pretty impressed fam. It handles everything I throw at it, from editing video to gaming, without breaking a sweat. it’s crazy quiet too. No jet engine fan noises here, and it stays surprisingly cool even during long sessions. The screen is nice, but definitely not the brightest, so using it in bright conditions is a challenge. I had trouble seeing it in a cafe. Indoors, I didn’t have a single issue. It’s rocking an AMD Ryzen 7, and RTX 4060 which is really nice because it has DLSS 3.5 and frame gen making gameplay crispy and smooth. Here’s the thing, it’s only a little over 3 pounds. The design is so compact and well-done. I feel like ASUS always nails laptop design. And battery life is fantastic. I can’t stress this enough. The biggest downfall for gaming laptops and this one doesn’t disappoint. Around 12 hours doing regular tasks, and up to 2 hours with AAA gaming. All of this is coming in at about $1400. Have you seen a laptop with this before? 👀 Just got my hands on the Asus Vivobook Pro 15 OLED and I’m sending this one to one of you, but more on that in a second! One of my favorite things about this laptop aside from it’s beautiful OLED display is the ASUS Dial. It’s essentially a rotary control built into the trackpad that can be used for things like changing the volume and display brightness BUT also integrates into apps like Lightroom to give you precise and unique control over various things.
