snoopy cream puffs! ִ ࣪𖤐 choux pastry ingredients: - 4 tbsps unsalted butter - 1/2 cup water - 1/2 cup flour - 2 eggs 1. heat butter and water in a saucepan until the butter has melted 2. add flour to saucepan and mix until the flour forms a ball 3. cool flour mixture for a little before stirring in the two eggs, one at a time 4. once mixture is combined, transfer the choux batter to a pastry bag and pipe onto a baking sheet 5. bake for 40 mins at 375°F 6. once the shells have cooled, fill with whipped cream (i used coconut cream and powdered sugar!) #snoopy #creampuffs #baking #dessert #baketok #recipe
