Replying to @T.J. ⚠️Warning ⚠️ lemon posset is so easy to make that you'll end up wanting to make it all the time for yourself Servings: 4-5 Ingredients: - 16oz. heavy cream - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 2 tbs of lemon zest - 5tbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice - lavender (optional) - 1tsp vanilla extract (optional) - Fresh berries for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. At this point add in vanilla extract and/or lavender *optional* 2 Bring to a light boil for 3 minutes then remove from heat. 2. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice 4. Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove lemon zest. 5. Pour the posset into serving glasses or ramekins. 6.
