Here’s how..👇🏼 I’ve been eating sweet treats every single day since coming to Costa Rica and I want to share with you how I’m able to maintain my physique while doing so… because it’s so simple and maybe it can help keep these things in mind, if you feel like it, for your next trip! I believe all scientists would agree that to maintain your weight you just have to eat maintenance calories and to develop/maintain muscle you gotta strength train and eat enough protein.. and for me that looks like: 1. Daily Movement & Resistance Training 2. Eat Maintenance Calories 3. Hit my Protein Goals And since I make sure to move a lot, I am also able to eat more than during the phases of my life where I move less. And the key here is that these 3 things… I do them consistently. And when it comes to eating my treats I don’t over do it. I’ve taught myself to eat just enough to satisfy my cravings and so I may not have a full pizza, ice-cream or treat if I feel that a few bites is all I need after my more nutritious meal or snack, to feel satisfied.
