If you’re curious how a dad of 4, like myself, approaches each morning, watch this video. I think Mondays are tough for all of us, so having a solid routine is important. This is pretty much my every morning routine but this is what I did on Monday. I wake up by 5am most every single day. I drink a glass of water, make breakfast, and have a cup of coffee. Then I preheat the garage gym and relax for some me time with another cup of coffee. I’ll take my prescriptions, supplements, and vitamins in the morning as well. Ask me about which ones I take. The twins often need bottles so I prep and give them each one. By this time, it’s around 6am, and I go workout. I try to be done by 7 so I can help with the kids’ breakfast and see the wife out the door. Afterwards, I take a post workout @VEDGE NUTRITION protein & creatine shake for recovery.
