Easy overnight brisket🔥Set it and forget it 💯 . 1️⃣ I prepped my @Weber Grills Smokey mountain by placing in 6 hickory smoke blocks at the hittin of the basket. I then filled the basket with @@Jealous Devil chunx. I placed a “boom” fire starter in the basket and once a few charcoals were lit, I closed it and let it rise to 250. 2️⃣ I trimmed my brisket from @rcranchtx before hitting it with @@bearandburtons “W” sauce. I seasoned with @@Kosmos Q BBQ “SPG” and my “Pitmaster privilege” @gustusvitae 3️⃣ I placed it on the smoker at 10pm. In the morning I went out at 6am and the temp had dipped to 225 but there we still plenty of fuel. The bark looked amazing so I decided to let it ride. At 10am, after 12 hours she was tender as butter and was temping 202-209 depending where I poked. 4️⃣ I removed the brisket and let it rest 6 hours in my oven on warm.
