Demo Day! Removing damaged boards and making sure everything is nice and dry! Luckily, once again, this house was well made. Bog box store subfloor would have been mush, but this old school subfloor has done its job well. The dehumidifier has been running all over the house since we took the keys, and it is amazing how it helped get the moisture reading down overnight! Next will be adding the moisture barrier, a few more spots of demo, then the install process can begin.
