Macros๐ Calories 493 Protein 31g Fat 21g Carbs 46g Ingredients (4)๐ 400g chicken breast 300g dry pasta 2tbsp jalapenos 2 tomatoes Cucumber 1 red onion Handful fresh parsley Handful fresh dill 1tbsp oregano 1tbsp chicken seasoning 1tbsp paprika 50g tomato & chilli pesto 1tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Cube the chicken and season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and chicken seasoning. Pan fry until cooked through then leave to one side. Boil the pasta in salted water. Finely dice all the veggies, finely chop the herbs and add to a bowl along with the pasta and chicken. Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper and the pesto. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Super simple but tastes so so good!
