Setting goals for an entire year can be challenging and truly overwhelm your year with expectations that can change daily, weekly, and monthly based on your everyday lifestyle, emotions, etc. Set micro goals for your week. These goals can be major or minor but you need to be willing to be held accountable and stick to the plan for seven (7) days.
