Mayo from scratch receipe: ▢ 1 whole egg ▢ ½ tbsp lemon juice ▢ 1 tsp white wine vinegar ▢ ¼ tsp Dijon mustard ▢ ¼ tsp sea salt ▢ 1 cup avocado oil, or light-flavored olive oil note: You don’t have to use this Mueller version but you really have to use AN immersion blender at high setting. This will fail in a normal food processor or blender. This Mueller immersion blender is the third one I have used and its my favorite! Be sure to refrigerate and use within a few days. 🙏🏻✨
