Perspective changes. I remember when I was younger, and I first started practicing yoga. I would compete with myself so hard and I would find myself just trying to outdo what I did yesterday. That approach left me leaving my practice feeling frequently satisfied, accomplished on occasions, and disappointed on the others. I’ve learned to accept where I am today because it’s the only one I have control of and once I learned that my perceptive on my yoga practice completely changed.
